Welcome to Urban J Style! Thank you for exploring our shop and considering our clothing products. All of our designs are thoughtfully crafted for French Bulldog and dog lovers alike. Each piece is inspired by the owner of Urban J Style's Frenchie, Tofu Puff, ALL THE DOGS AND ANIMALS.

RETURN POLICIES

All the orders are made to order so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a different size if you order the incorrect size, so please check out the size chart carefully to make sure you get the best fit. Feel free to contact us if you have any issues with your order. We do not accept returns or refunds if your address is incorrect or lacks information. 

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Production time: We will produce and send out your orders within 1-5 business days or slightly longer after the order is placed. All the items are made to order so please allow us some time to create your orders. US Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (after production time). Worldwide shipping: 10-15 business days or longer and it might fluctuate slightly depending on the shipping carrier. We offer free shipping with no minimum order requirement nationwide. If you need international shipping, please expect additional international shipping fees. Feel free to reach out to us for any questions. We could offer in person delivery for our local Seattle friends. You must be present to receive all the items. Please keep in mind that our shipping times are estimated due to the nature of our business and may fluctuate slightly. Please allow 2-5 business days so that tracking is active while your order is handcrafted, packaged, and shipped. If you require expedited delivery or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WASHING

When washing, use cold water, avoid bleach, dry clean, and avoid ironing directly on the DTF transfer/print. Flip your clothes inside out before washing. DO NOT use machine dryer to preserve the designs on clothes. 

PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR ITEMS

Our apparel runs true to size, so if you want an oversized look, please size up 1-2 sizes. Because of the natural fabric, the color DTF transfers on the clothes may be a bit duller than shown in the picture.
